PLEASE NOTE: Got non EEA resident permit only applying BRP as passport expired... You don't have to apply but did it because of Nature of my Job.

Hi all, we have applied on the 23.5.17. Have not heard anything since the COA on 31.7.17. Shall I email the home office? Have holidays booked for mid November. Italian + Brazilian married, we have our passports however the spouse visa is now expired. Thanks and wish you all the best of luck.

Took 3 month and 6 days from start to finish. Hope its quick for anyone still waiting.

I have just logged on and my application says DECIDED!! My timeline below:


Non-EEA applying for PR on basis of ROR

12/07/17 - Application submitted
14/ 07/17 - Money was taken out of the account
15/ 08/17 - Confirmation email received
16/08/17 Biometrics Letter Received and sent off same day
23/08/17: COA received with right to work dated 20/08/2017
18/10/2017: Application DECIDED 15/10/2017

PR: Awaiting

3 months!! Praying this is not a rejection for some reason!!

so I got documents just 10 mints ago today 18/10/2017 but my wife passport is missing they send mine back and my EEA wife passport is not included whats happening I realy dnt know r they going to send back with RC card or they lost it
