Hello everyone........ Non-EU timeline :

Application sent: 21/8
Confirmation email: 14/9
Biometric letter received: 16/9
Biometric enrolment : 19/9
COA received: 11/10
Online Status: decided 9/11
Documents & passport received: 10/11
PR cards received: 13/11

It took less than 3 months, much quicker than I had expected but it's probably because it was the renewal of PR card.

The supporting documents I sent for the proof of my continuous residence were 5 years of Council Tax bills with my and my husband's names and to be on the safe side, I also sent my husband's private medical insurance certificates in which my name is included.

Thank you and good luck to everyone here.

(Since BRCard didn’t arrive yet <on 14 November 2017>. I email home office BRCard delivery department and I received auto reply directing a link to fill a form for missed BRCard delivery. It was mentioned on that link to contact DX delivery if you have missed delivery. Since I was working everyday I thought I might have missed delivery. I called on DX delivery contact no. ‭03332415700‬ and to my utmost surprise they did try to deliver a letter on my name on 8 November 2017. I told them I did not receive a missed delivery note, guy on phone said driver must have misplaced. He said, they can deliver letter next day or I can come to collect letter from our Heathrow warehouse collection point. I went there on 14 November 3017 and collected my BRCard).

All process took 2 months and a week.

I am taking help from website immigrationBoard since last 6 years and it helped me a lot.

I will be now moving to British Citizenship forums.

Thanks to all of you. It was great talking to you guys. Good luck for your visa.

Hi all,

I finally received my 5 year residence card as the unmarried partner of an EEA National, below is my timeline:

Documents Sent on: 03/07/2017
Money Taken: 06/07/2017
Confirmation email received: 12/08/2017
Biometrics Letter and COA received together: 12/08/2017 (dated 09/08/2017)
Biometrics Done: 12/08/2017
Decision: 08/11/2017

So in total it took 4 months and a couple of days. This is wayyy faster than I had thought, perhaps Home Office had finally hired more people to deal with these applications.

Best of luck to everybody!

Cheers,

Lily

So overall it took them <2 months from date of receipt of my application and documentation to decide on an outcome.

I think it really helps to send along a very detailed summary of what documents you're sending, what period of time they're for, and what treaty activity you were doing.
