Pre Settle to Settle Timeline

Hi all, it'll be great help if you can comment with your application status from Pre Settled to Settled

I applied from 3rd April, COA received 10 days after that. Nothing ever since. Called a few times and they said "still waiting for case worker"

My friend who did the application one month after me, through an immigration lawyer got the decision letter after 5 weeks.
