Settled Status and new passport

Post by Johny d » Sun Nov 13, 2022 9:22 pm

I have settled status and British citizenship. Should I update my details (UK Visas and Immigration account) when I renew my EU passport?

Isn't settled status gone when you become British?
Not a qualified immigration adviser. Use links and references given to gain confirmation and/or extra information.

A British citizen cannot hold an immigration status (though status may still be listed on the system but irrelevant). In the UK you are British, your other passport doesn't matter.
