Hi guys..

Just want to update my application:
June 28- Biometric(scanning and uploading documents-i paid the tls)
June 28- Application transferred to UKVI
July 2- Application received at UK Decision making center(Application is currently being prepared for consideration by an ECO)

Until now i did not receive any email from them..im already worried..Basically,how many days they gonna decide the application?..And if you received not straightforward email from them, what does it mean?..for now,no follow up email from them..

Hopefully my application is okay..

Hi there. My timeline is same as you.still I didn't get any message from them after application had been received by ECO .If there is any progress on your side ? Please let me for aware

My is stamped 07 july 2019 valid to 07 january 2020 Everything is great now

My husband called last july 11 to update, the lady told that it takes 15 working days..so,by July 19 we will call again to know the status..i will let you know if we had the answer..we have to follow up coz i really need my passport by july 23..if you will have email about your application please let me know too and please share here at the forum..

Hi..good day..we called the uk visa immigration and my husband follow up my application..the lady told that the decision has already made last July 16..but we did not receive email yet that they will return my passport..according to tls contact here at romania they don't have a passport collection in their visa center and my passport will send to my address..but my problem is how could i know that they already send my passport back..my husband told me to wait until next week maybe my passport will arrive..

We called the UKVI, the lady told that the decision was already made last July 16..so,they already decided..now,im waiting email if they already send my passport back..btw,i applied here at Romania and the tlscontact had no collection of passport in tbeir visa center..i don't know how can i track my passport..

Why don't you call the UKVI to ask about the status of your application?..maybe they already made a decision on your application..and they didn't send any email about the returning of passport..

HI I applied via VFS global from india . I thought they will inform us by email about that the passport returning details.because I got a message via VFS only once I done biometric initially.

Hopefully it will be a positive result..and im wishing you also for a positive..just search "uk visa inquiry" and it will lead you on how to contact the UKVI..you can call or email them..

Yes..exactly 3 weeks..now,the tlscontact emailed me again that my passport ready to return by courier..im praying really for an approval..God is good..wishing you also for a good result on your application..i will let you know when i receive my passport

Congrats Hesli30 for the FP.Can you tell me one thing,pls? When you submitted the passport copy of EU,Did you submit only copy or certified copy as I can't see it as a mandatorily required document(EU/EEA National Passport Copy).

Hi Guys,

I want to thank everyone for the information provided. It really guided me towards making my application. Below are the documents submitted and my timeline for the EU Settlement Scheme Family Permit.

Document Submitted

Certified copy of my wife's passport
Certified copy of my wife's ID -- She is a dual citizen of Europe so I submitted both passport( of country A) and ID (of country B)
Letter from her employer
Her payslip 5 months
Her bank statement showing salary coming in
our marriage certificate
WhatsApp chat history of about 130 pages
89 pictures (of which 30 are wedding pictures)
boarding pass showing our traveling together
Her national insurance issuance letter
cover letter from my wife declaring her support for my application
Her divorce certificate from a previous marriage and English translated copy
my residence permit here in Germany as a student
My bank statement and payslips from my student job for the past 6 months.

Timeline

Online application form 11 June 2019
Biometric and Supporting Document scan 05 July 2019
A message that Application has been transferred to UKVI 05 July 2019
A message that Application has been assessed by UKVI 23 July 2019 9.31AM
A message that application is ready for collection 23 July 2019 11.32AM
I picked up my passport today 23 July 2019 around 2 pm in Dusseldorf
Visa start from 19 July 2019 to expire 19 Jan 2020

Finally, we will be able to live together as it been a long-distance relationship with many frequent visits which hasn't been convenient
