Okay, guys, I advice you to not contact UKVI once they said decision is made. I just called them now, lady on the phone was super rude and with an attitude. She said yeah escalation is made and today is the 15th day so you should wait, because of the current situation they are taking longer. If you do not hear from them this days, call again so we re escalate the case. I am not calling them again, any time soon. They cannot do anything just escalating. From now on I will just wait for them to contact me and thats it. I wont deal with it anymore.

Escalation is just waste of time, they will send you an automatic reply after 15 working days .Best is to tell your sponsor to complain their local MP .They will write a letter on your behalf and it will speed up the process .

I’m sorry you had to go through this. I’m currently on day 11/15 and I’m gonna be sending them several complaints & emails if I don’t get my passport. I’ve already waited too long 9 months and if I don’t get my passport ASAP since decision has been made, I’ll keep bugging them. I don’t care.

Thanks for the update though. I wish us all the best ❤️

I've Appealed the last refusal and also filed a new Application at the same time.

I even mentioned on there that I am appealing and attached the Confirmation notice from the Court.

GUYSS !!
I am so happy to update you and I want to give hope to everyone who is waiting, cos I know how stressful it is, hope I will be helpful
My husband got his EEA FP today
After the call on Friday to UKVI 20/11, after the 15 days escalation, we get an email from Liverpool sitel that decision is made and VAC will contact us to return the passport.
On 24/11 , we got email from TLS contact that passport is ready, we got it late and the next day TLS was closed. Today 26/11 my husband got his visa Alhamadullilah! Total wait was 48 working days.
Visa valid from 17/11.
I hope you all get positive news and dont lose hope!

I have called UKVI today on behalf of my parents in law and my parents . My parents in law had applied on 2nd October and we get informed , that their application is still under consideration. And on my parents application’s they have made decision already and they applied after 1 month of my in laws did . But I was shocked when they said my parents application decision has been made . And they have escalated on all their application. Hope and praying they all get their visas and will be able to join us before 31st December , otherwise they won’t be able to apply for Eu settlement scheme . Praying for everyone. God bless us all .

they can still apply for settle status if they arive after 31dec
https://www.gov.uk/settled-status-eu-ci ... 2774a8dfb8 you can check the referance .

If you’re overseas and a family member of an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen living in the UK
The deadline for you to join your family member in the UK is 31 December 2020 (or 31 December 2025 if your partner is Swiss and you get married or form a civil partnership after 31 December 2020).

If you’re not living in the UK by the deadline, you’ll still be able to apply if all of the following are true:

your family member has either settled or pre-settled status
your relationship began before 31 December 2020
you remain a close family member, for example a spouse, civil partner, unmarried partner, a dependent child or grandchild, or a dependent parent or grandparent

I've done biometric on 29th of October
It's 5 weeks already . I bought my airplane ticket on 28th of December . I wanted to apply for pre settled status before 1 January . Do I have a little chance at least to be in time ? What is the average time of getting EEA family permit due corona now ? Maybe somebody has obtained a visa recently in 30-40 working days ? Thanks in advance .
