Travel whilst waiting settlement scheme decision

Post by rodvmu » Sat Jun 12, 2021 5:42 pm

Hi!

Does anyone have any information around if it’s ok to travel whilst waiting a decision for the settlement scheme? Particularly from next month.

We have a baby and because it took us ages to get a passport during the pandemic we only now were able to make her application. She’s an EU citizen born here in the U.K.

We are just wondering what will happen if we travel abroad with her when we enter back in the U.K. Will they stamp her passport as a tourist!?

We would like to get the first opportunity we have to travel so the rest of them family can meet her.

Best.

Take the application documentation and reference number with you and present at border control.
