Hi iam asad pakistan national and i have eu family member resendes card valid 5 years esue in spain my wife is Britsh and she work in spain 5 months i come in uk Surinder singh rute my quiestion is basically me and my wife decided to move and live im spain she start work in spain i get residency card in spain butt ofter 6 month me and my wife come uk for Madical cheak up then she was pregnant 6 months and she dilver emergency 2 twins premeture baby's and ofter that she can't go back and ofter we decide lives in uk. Me and my wife come in uk together and i submet application for resdence card for un married partner becouse we Marrige my realign application send 4 November 2019 and we receive latter home offce 12 November give bieomtric finger and an other latter they did not alow work and ofter that I requested just returned paspord we planned in uk registered English Marrige they returned and home offece allowed we can marrrige and and we done 15 feb 2020 English marrige and certificate send home offece butt they still not send any latter now almost my application time 4 months ago I don't know what' happened please help me regards

Hi i submet application last 4 month s ago for uk resdence card by rute eea surindher sing. Butt home Office still not give me any ans I done bieomtric finger print also my question is. Some body tell me ( you can apply now pre settlement secem. Behhalf your child s because my 2 children twins age 10 month s this britsh citezen s and wife also brithsh citezen i have 5 year residency eu isue in spain is it true if I apply now pre settle statuse. They give me answer with 2 weeks thank. Please help me. Regards

Hi I am junaid ofter 5month my srundher singh rute appliction home Offece return my all Dacouments butt they didn't take any decision please can any 1 tell my what happened now mybe refeuse home Offece returns my paspord s my brithsh children's paspord s all Dacouments with out any decision???
