Urgent need help regarding EEA refusal letter

Hello,
I got refusal of EEA but the reson they gave is totally wrong they said my wife sponser is employed by ..... clinic and have provided pay slips and bank statements as evidence of this. but the clinic name what they mentioned is my clinic in india not in uk.where she work is the different clinic and it's in Uk and they said i provided only 2 payslips but i provided last 12 months payslip and bank statement.and in the letter they are saying not provided bank statement, what should i do to appeal or put new application
Application made : 02/09/2018
Biometric done : 06/09/2018
Documets submitted ;
1.marriege certificate in english
2.2000 (two thousand) pages of chat history, call records, screenshots of last 2 years,
3. 200 photographs including wedding photos
4.flight tickets when she travel to india
5. travelled tickets when we went on holidays in europe
6.hotel bookings
7.flowers, gifts send to her receipt copy
8 my employement history bank statement last 1 year.i have got my own hospital in india
Sponser documents
1.passport, id card, \ni num,
2. 12 months payslip and bank statement
3.employement contract letter
4.tenancy agreement letter.

It could well be the embassy mistake or it is a deliberate act.

It is open to you to apply and appeal, and see which one comes through quicker.

that's what i am asking what takes longer to appeal or reapply.

You may do both. So you will have nothing to lose. If they refuse again for a different reason, as least you know you have already lodged your appeal, and time will not be wasted.

Are you sure is it allowed to do both ?
how can i send my passport for both>?

Yes you do, it is £80 for paper consideration and £140 for oral consideration. If you succeed, you will get a refund.

Fill appeal for. Set out your grounds of appeal, and explain how you would have succeeded had they properly considered your evidence properly against the legal provision.
