Hi Everyone.

I was just wondering if I could get some help here?

I am a non EU citizen and single parent and primary carer to 3 British kids under the age of 9 resident in the UK.I have a limited leave to remain on a parent visa under the 10 year rule but have applied for the EU Settlement scheme -Zambrano. I have been in the UK since February 2014.

Given the circumstances outlined above, do I realistically stand a chance of a successful Zambrano?

I’m in a similar situation to you:
Single parent to a British child
Non eu citizen
Currently on a 2.5 year 10 year parent route.
It appears this option isn’t for us :(

I am a non-Eu mom to a British child but sharing responsibility with my husband. I was also granted the flr(fp) and I am greatly considering applying for the EU settlement application as the flr(fp) is really expensive. Have you heard anything from your application? You think I can apply under Zambrano route too? Thanks!

Not as yet. I was told 2 months ago I would be expecting a result soon. To date, nothing is forthcoming
