Mata, what Lolwe is trying to say is true! Theresa May once argue that those children can stay with other relatives or in care here and have Skype video with the other deported parent.
So yes the Home Office will note think twice if they have to do that
Hey Miss-Suz, it looks like the moderators are deleting my posts. I am going to close my account soon. It has been so wonderful getting to know you. Please stay strong. Continue helping everyone with the GLO since I can't ok?

Yesterday evening, Mata, a new poster, joined and immediately called me a liar. It was bizarre. It was also in breach of the rules (below).
Basic Rules for Members (and all other users):

No negative comments about someone's nationality, race or religion.
No advertising of commercial web-sites or social media links.
There can be no 'discussion' or 'advice' regarding how to engage in illegal activities (such as but not limited to: how to illegally acquire copyrighted material, work permits, visas, passports or other documents), and no links to websites providing such information.
No use of rude or inappropriate language. One must always treat fellow posters with respect.
For your own safety, there should be no public posting of any personal contact information or social media links.
Invitations to make direct personal contact are not permitted.
No irritating posting styles, including use of all caps, excessive punctuation and unnecessary bunch of mood icons is allowed.
You may discuss your personal experiences with various services, but you may NOT name them.
The language of this board is English, and any posts not in English are liable to be deleted without notice.
No invitations for financial/business partners are permitted (for any reason).
Attempts to solicit financial partners to circumvent immigration law will not be tolerated
Posts will not be deleted from the forum
They are NOT a new user to the forum. You are ove analysing what the user said, which was not rude or inappropriate or diarepectful. They did not say you were a liar. They are merely disputing what you are saying given the line of work they are in.
Thanks for taking the time to respond, CR001. I note the lack of exclamation points this time, too. Here's the thing. I don't speak to people that way unless I am very certain. Mata's behaviour was inappropriate. She used the word "lie". Her tone was disrespectful to me and to Zambrano carers who have lost their children.

You, of course, don't have to agree with me. But I don't have to spend my time on a platform where I will be disrespected, while my innocuous posts are deleted.
It’s ok Lolwe,
I agree with you, I even didn’t like her tone. But let’s leave everything behind and start from afresh

Let's please continue to uphold the forum rules, let's all stick to the reason why we are active here, let's stick to the task at hand for this sub forum, let us remember this is for help and discussion for Zambrano carers making a paper application and general discussion about appeals that may be involved.

All the best wishes for the new year to all, including the moderators. (Moderators play a vital role).

If you file a claim, that claim number will be in the public domain. You should be able to share the claim, which would enable people to find you. But I am not 100% sure.

Is there a Zambrano carer who is eligible for the tribunal fee waiver and willing to obtain the group litigation order.

Name yourself if you are willing. Even if you already hold appendix FM you still may also have an appeal pending?
Scroll back a few pages where a member has already stated this!!
Thanks you, will do..
We may need to take a few bites at the apple, so to speak. So having another Z carer who qualifies could be good. Also, Gee is missing in action :?:
Remember Gee is not at home so no access to internet / printer but promised to do it ASAP.

Happy New year all !!!!. United we stand, divided we fall....

At one point I felt 'oh my God are we really going to pull off this GLO thing as a group?'. I didn't want to say anything, I didn't want to jinx it.

Anything worth having takes effort. I think we can still do it. Let's all take a deep breadth and calm down. Back to the drawing board remember we don't have time.

Chris90 and Netqueen we need your positivity more than ever. At times like this I miss Snooky and IST.....

Miss Suz, we shall overcome. I don't think I came across this platform by mistake. We have had successes here by members when they least expected it. Just take a step back and think about the message.

Remember Lolwe set out the GLO procedure for us even when we least expected it. Remember he/she also said in one of the posts that he/she won’t be available on this forum in January due to prior commitments. (I can’t remember the exact words). We are in January ok?.

Let go. Whatever will be will be. Ok?.

Let’s focus on why we joined this forum, for our Zambrano EUSS right?. Don’t worry, everything happens for a reason. Ok?.

Remember the moderators and all of us here are interested in this Zambrano EUSS common goal.
The moderators have been here before you and I ok?. They are trying to strike a balance while trying to protect us all ok?.

Let us ‘Mind the gap between the train and the platform’.
