Hi everyone!

I’m super thrilled to say that I have just checked online and my status have been confirmed for Settled Status. It was a long battle HO initially withdrew permission to appeal after Akinsanya’s but then went ahead to re-instate their withdrawal but the upper tribunal refuse HO’s permission on 25th of March and received further communication from HO that grant of leave have been requested no further communication until today I received a journal from universal credit that status status have been confirmed, so I checked my immigration account and saw my face on their confirmed for Settled status. I’m screaming!!!! My whole body is shaking. 2 years journey finally come to end.
I want to specially thank everyone on here particularly Snooky, I had no idea I could appeal the HO’s refusal until I stumbled across this platform and wouldn’t have done it without this platform. Thanks and I wish everyone else waiting best of luck

All documents and biometric two months ago. Today received certificate of application. Can I travel with this?

I am a silent member,
2014 applied for Zambrano got refused and appealed
2015 applied for leave to remain 2.5 and was granted
End of 2015 granted Zambrano and visa was on my passport it was not on a card
2018 renewed my leave to remain and was granted
2020 put in EUSS
2021 Feb EUSS was refused but i appealed
April 2021 renewed my leave to remain the 3rd time ( pending)
Feb 2022 appeal date came and it was allowed
May 2022 EUSS SETTLEMENT GRANTED
I just want to thank God because it has been a long journey.
To those still waiting for a decision, you shall hear good news very soon. Amen

25th of April, then 16th of May now 13th Jun! What’s next ???? They are playing with people’s life

By not making a decision and with peoples visas set to expire, people are renewing them, so the HO are making money while they decide what decisions to make.

As it is a risk if you do not renew your visas on other routes.

I have been leaving into my house for 10 years now but since 2016 I applied for permanent residence card, I have always show my certificate of Application to my Landlord, so it shouldn’t be a problem for you to rent.
I have also been accepted for a place at Uni with my COA lately .
