Sorry to hear that. I don't have much experience here hopefully the moderators will help. Did the solicitor advised you prior to the administrative review that he was going to make a late application? (Not sure this is possible Admins please correct me) Did you make arrangements with him within the first 14 days of receiving your decision from the Home Office? I completely understand what you're going through.
I paid a solicitor recently for a consultation to help me with a permission to appeal. After the consultation, he told me to send my appeal documents & other relevant information so they can understand my case more & move forward. After I sent everything, No response. Everyday I contacted them they kept going around in circles. "He's busy, he'll call you back later" To this day, I still haven't received a call back. After that experience, I decided to do it myself. Lucky for me, I had this board & the help of a fellow member who had been brilliant throughout this forum even with very little response from others.
Hopefully he'll return one day & a moderator can possibly help you your concern.

Yes my appeal was heard and dismissed unfortunately, I have applied for permission to appeal the judge’s decision. I believe the judges decision to dismissed my appeal was a combination of courts clerical error with my bundle and the judge’s lack of engagement with my submission leading to possible error of law.
I’ll just have to wait and see from now on….

I have been in touch with marcidev, he’s been very helpful and resourceful to us remaining Zambrano carers. He has helped me a lot and for that I am forever grateful.
