My eea sponsor is travelling for a year

Hi
I am non European married to a french citizen . We have been married since July 2012 and living together since then . I hold a 5 years residence card (eea familly permit)
My wife is a a full time student . In the beginning of January 2015 , as a part of her degree program , she has to go abroad for one year internship . But she will still be enrolled in uk as a student.
I have my job and also my studies in London , I can't stop and follow her just for a year .
Any advice is welcome
