eea spouse visit visa from france to ireland requirements

hi just want to know how whats the proces to get ireland visit visa from france as spouse of eea natioanl just to accompany uk wife .husband is pakistani non eu natioanl , with a eea family member visa class c issued .
what i want to know is bank statement and other stuff will be needed or not . its only for 30 days visit visa accompanying eea wife to ireland of uk nationality .
