I have searched but did not find a dedicated topic to this matter.

My question is transition from EEA FP (vignette in the non-EEA passport) to RC through the application after arriving to UK. My reading is that dependency (as this was in case of our application, whereby financial dependence of parents was the basis for EEA FP) needs to be proven again, that is twice within 6 months. Am i reading correctly? Does this entail same level of scepsis and a possibility for the second FTT appeal?
