EEA to Tier 2

Post by Lololvvs » Tue Jun 30, 2015 12:00 am

I am considering switching from EEA partner visa to Tier 2 as my relationship may break down. My EEA visa commenced January 2013, so if I stayed in my realationship I would get Permanent Residency in January 2018.

My question is: if I switched to Tier 2, would I still get permanent residency/ILTR if I have been working full time since July 2012? (I got a letter from the home office saying that I can work while my EEA visa was being processed back in 2012).

Thank you!
