eea1 and eea2 - documents

Hi, my situation is:
my husband get his eea permit on 28th October, we came to UK in December 2013. We had work since that, I have two payslips, of full time job, he has two from part time. We want to applay for eea 2 but I just finished my job in 3rd Febuary, and I am looking for other work. Can anyone advise me what to do know? I don't know when I find another work, and I am scared we will run out of time for applying. Should I go to job center, and sign there( I am polish), or any other advise? This problem thas not allowed me to sleep at night.
Do you think my 2 paysleeps should be enough to get eea1 and 2, and his two from part time job?
Please help, any advise, are welcome.
