EEA1 application what does he need?

Post by busya13 » Mon Oct 15, 2007 4:05 pm

please, can anyone give me a detailed help on applying for EEA1? My husband needs one We will apply for EEA1 and EEA2 together. As far as I understand the success largely depends if he can prove that he is exercising his treaty rights here. The problem is that his worker's registration scheme original and all payslips for almost 2,5 years are not accessible. Left in the british embassy no chance to have them back. How could we substitute the documents to prove he was exercising his treaty rights?

On both the EEA1 and 2 applications, there is a section under employment for the employer of the EU national to fill out and sign, confirming employment, so that's a start. Does he have his P60?

Which embassy has his employment documents and why weren't they returned to him?

hi Yankeegirl The embassy of Kazakhstan my home country has my husbands documents. I submitted the originals and and they never returned them. Theoretically should be possible but know they are saying they cant find them as our names are not listed in their database. well, knowing how things work in my country i am not surprised...Anyway i have to apply really soon.

My hubby looses everything. I dont think he's got an original P 60.
Also it is stated in the application which documents should be submitted. So passport is obligatory of course. Are so other documents on this list???
thanks:)
