hi,
i made an application for an RC in nov 2009.
I received my coa a month later.
after 15months of waiting i called them on jan 2011 and the officer said my application have been decided so my passport and documents will be sent within 4 weeks.
I did not receive the documents so i called them today only for the officer to tell me my application is now on going meaning under consideration ...i cant believe this...this is heart breaking....pls any advice
