EEA2 Family Permt Issue hellp!

Post by ansaisaa » Sat Aug 06, 2011 1:55 am

Hi, Right I am a from Holland (Nederlands) and own a European passport, I am married to a Pakistani girl, she has now got a residence documentation I applied for a while back, My mother-in-law is also in the UK she has been living with me with her one son aged 18, They have not got a status in the Uk at the moment, I am a full time worker and always have been since I have moved into the United Kingdom I have never claimed public funding neither has my wife, I am concerned about my mother-in-law and brother-in-law as they are great persons, Me and my wife do support them as we all live in the same house, Any advice would be great, Thank you all very much in advance, Aryan :)

I suggest you have a good read at this document. It might be long, but it contains pretty much everything you'll need to know.
