EEA2 or FMRS

My wife came to UK in last FEB and started work in the same month, she comes from one of the A8 nations and is required to apply for WRS. However she applied in May for WRS and got the certificate in MAY. She changed her job in June and asked her new employer to re-register her for the WRS as required. Employer suggested her that the company will apply on her behalf as they were applying for other employees altogether,she handed over her EU id card but did not got any reply till late november. As we started to chase it, it appeared that the manager forgot to send her application and at the end of the day we sent the application ourselves and got the WRS certificate for this employer dated DEC 2010. Now my wife has completed one year working in UK. The only problem is that she applied late for WRS on both occasions. She has got all the payslips. My work visa is running out in end of March 11.
Just wanted to know should i apply for EEA2 or FMRS.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
