Hi was wondering if anyone can help me? Im from NZ currently here on a 2yr working visa married to a person from Sweden.Have been here since april 06.Have been to the bank to open up a bussiness account but have been told i need a letter from the home office stating that i am allowed to open and run a bussiness.The 2yr visa doesnt allow me to do this.
Recently sent away Eea2 papers so am hoping that once it has been processed i am then able to open bus acc.However relise that the process may take some time and i need to open this acc asap.Any suggestions would be appreciated...Thanks

You will get a confirmation letter from the HO about 1 week or so after they'd received your application, try to take it to the bank to open the account. if they won't accept it, try another bank!!!

Was wanting to use Lloyds as my bank,because of better conditions/less fees..manager has filled details in with notes stating he's waiting on this particulare form
