EEA2 Rc timeline

hi. guys I have quite strange story with me.. I am EEA national my spouse applied FP in may 2014, with four kids from Pakistan they been granted six months FP visa for join spouse in uk, soon after they came over in uk june 2014, I sent my family passports to Liverpool they sent me CoA with right to work in uk etc for my family. later on they asked me to attend an interview 15 of October 2014 after interview I was expecting passports back with RC in few week , but still two months gone not reply even .. I request to interview time officer that make some note on my applications that kids are suffering without school he said sure he will do but nothing result . 10 of December 2014 I would complete six months but so far no reply from home office my kids are under 12 and 8 years they are waiting to join school school asking original document see birth certificate etc but all documents been sent to home office its so terrible with family living with worries what can be happen and kids driving me mad since six months its so terrible situation
