EEA2 visa holder, next is EAA4 or ILR

Post by h.tolerance » Mon Oct 20, 2014 9:35 pm

Hello

I am a non-EEA national married with a EEA national for 3 years.

I have got visa by EAA2, which is expiring in 2016. My wife has got Permanent Resident Permit.

Would I be able to apply EAA4 now? or I should apply ILR next year (having been living for 10 years) or I have to wait 2016 to apply EAA4.

Thank you for your advice , in advance.

The option is open to you to apply next year, if you have had continuous leave, or 2016 under EU rules.
