My wife had Eea2 resident card valid to 2019 I eea nationial and i want apply for Eea3 now My quastion is I get my pernamet resident she will be have any trouble to get PR when her resident card finish in 2019 ? My another quastion is when I get my PR (eea3) will be plastic card or sticker to passport ?

Once you get PR then your non-eu national partner will simply need to complete its 5 years together with you without any further need of treaty rights evidences. EEA3 certificate confirming PR is usually issued in card format.

Thank you for the answer :) My another quastion is if I get now PR can still me wife traveling to different eu country with out shengen visa Now when we both going Poland we only show the married certificate and Eea2 When baby born became British ?
