EEA4 Appeal

Hi folks! I do need your help, my application for PR has been refused because my eea partner has been studying without a sickness insurance in
her last two years.However I been given a chance to appeal and she got a job offer(provisional one).My question is, what are my chances to win the appeal?Plz, I running short of time; I need your help, mates!!! :?
