Hello

I am a non-EEA national married with a EEA national for 4 years.

I have got RP expires DEC 2016. My wife has got Permanent Resident Permit.

Can I apply EAA4 now while there is 1 year to expire my current visa expires?

Second option is applying ILR in September (having been living for 10 years legally since 2005 SEP).
