I am looking to complete the EEA4 form for permanent residency. We completed the Surinder Singh route and I exercised my treaty rights in Ireland as Self employed. We returned to the UK and applied for EEA2 which was accepted. However when we received our supporting documents back we discovered we had an HO case load sent to us aswell! which included passports 5 years proof birth certs which we duly sent back. However most of my supporting documents were missing (maybe somebody else has mine) which was the self employed evidence.
After looking at the new EEA4 form they want a lot of information and all the supporting evidence from my time when I exercised my treaty rights which I know do not have due to it never being posted back to me. What am I required to complete on the form? as when I completed the EEA2 some sections were not required to fill in. is this the case with the EEA4? if not what can I do about my supporting evidence not being available.
