Electronics Engineering - IT occupation - Best approach

I have B.E. (Electronics Engineering) degree from India. I have 4 years of experience in the IT field.

What is the best approach for Skills Assessment?

1. IT occupation with skills assessment from ACS

Anyone with above or related qualification - is 4 years IT experience sufficient?

2. Electronics Engineer occupation with skills assessment from Engineers Australia

India not part of washington accord - so a CDR is required. But the experience is in IT field.
