Hi,

I came to UK on Workpermit in 2007 & then got tier2 recently during visa extention. My query is, if my wife gets Tier1 & I switch over to her visa as dependant, will I be eligible for PR in 2012 (completion of 5 years in uk) ??

Kindly advise.
