hi does anybody know if i stand a chance for ILR since i 've been here for just over 10 years and contributed to TAX and NI and every legal requirement .basically i am an over stayer but never left the country since oct 2000. any coment will appreciated .thankyou verymuch

You'd need to wait for 14 years' continuous residence, assuming they don't change the rules before then.
