Am I eligible for ILR

Hi all,
I entered UK in Nov 2003.
I was on work permit until April 2006.
HSMP dependent - May 2006 to May 2008
Out of country for 15 days ( Went for entry clearance in home country)

Work permit - June 2008 to Aug 2008
Tier 1 -Aug 2008 to Aug 2011
Tier 1 extension- Aug 2011 ..(ongoing) ....

With being on dependent visa in between, I was on continuous employment.

When did my Clock start actually.
Am I eligible for ILR?
Should I apply now as I have been on continous stay for employment for 8 years now.
or SHould i apply in Aug 2013?
