Hi,
to all

Can any one help me to clear my confusion ??

I got work permit visa in 2009 which Is going to expire In 2014....

Does anyone know.. Do I straight eligible for ILR in 4 yrs. 28 months.. or the new rules which Is announce by Home Office will effect me ???

Your eligibility for settlement will be subject to the rules that apply to you on the date of any such application, so wait until you are closer to completing the 5 year qualifying residential period (2014) for more accurate information.
