Has anyone had any luck in getting an appointment for a CRBA?

I have been logging on everyday since August to the US Embassy site to book an appointment for CRBA and they have no availability.

I emailed them and they provided links to their website.

You can't even call and ask for an appointment either. How can they be so full?
