Employee Payment Record

Guidlines say :

i) Evidence to show you are reporting Pay As You Earn (PAYE) income tax
176. You must provide evidence to show you are reporting Pay As You Earn (PAYE) income tax
appropriately to HMRC. Acceptable evidence includes printouts of Employee Payment Records,
‘Real Time’-Full Payment Submissions (either a series of individual monthly submissions,
including the first submission or summaries), or an original HMRC P45 or P46, which either
together or individually show the total payments made to the settled workers, as well as the tax
deducted and date which they started working for your business.

IS PROVIDING P11 COVERS ABOVE REQUIREMENT ?? OR SHALL I ALSO INCLUDE P32 ?? COZ ONE OF MY ACCOUNTANTS SOFTWARE DOES NOT PRODUCE FPS FOR PART OF THAT PERIOD CLAIMING EMPLOYEMENT

A P11 with starting date should be enough as clearly stated in the paragraph above. FPS reports do not have anything that a is not covered by P11 and P32. You can include P32 if you wish

Thanks zimba88 for sharing your view... actually I have FPS reports for first 6 months from my first accountant and have P11 from the rest of period from second accountant, now i have requested my first accountant to provide me P11 as well so i can send Just P11 for whole period and am waiting for his reply, hopefully That P11 will have start date as well but if not then the FPS i got has start date so i might have to mix FPS for some period and P11 for some period for which employment points are claimed, hope that would acceptable ?

Dear Please do not use p11 to substitute the FPS , I had a rejection recently due to not providing FPS though p11 was provided but HO still rejected due to FPS not being provided.

you may send p11 and FPS both but do not rely on p11 only.

what did you submitted as Employee Payment Record as I understand its a different documents then p11or FPS?
