employer contact details

employer contact details

hi gurus,

since i work for two employers, i find it difficult to fill all the contact details in section L9 on page 38, also my handwriting is very poor, i was thinking to type the details in ms word and paste the printout in section L9, sounds good?? or we cant do that?

also can we mention both HR and Accounts person contact details in this section? as i am not sure about UKBA employer verification process, who they will contact, i dont know....any idea???

I would try to write as small as possible. If some part comes out of table/space provided, it is no problem. And will give these details clearly in Cover letter.

They will contact the person/address, you have provided or as it appears in supporting documents that you have provided. So make it simple and give the one which appears in supporting documents. If both addresses are there, I would suggest to give HR address. Also, to be on safe side, please tell HR persons that in few days, someone may verify your earnings.
