I am applying for ILR for me and my family (3 dependants) on 30/6 at Liverpool PEO. I am under Tier 2 (General).
I have asked my employer (NHS hospital) to provide me with a letter to submit with my application. they said in the letter
"
This letter is to confirm that the above trainee is employed by XXXXXXX Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust as a Speciality Registrar on the XXXXXX Rotational Training Scheme for Cardiology.
As of 1st November 2010 XXXXXXX Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is the single lead employer for Doctors in training throughout the XXXX Region.
Dr XXXX Basic Salary is £XXXXX per annum
Dr XXXXX present training scheme runs until 06/08/14

I asked them to add that I am still required for employment to the letter, but they refused saying that it is a standard letter they provide for visa and they can't change it!!!
Secondly, some of my previous employers were unable to provide me with letters for my AL and periods of travel outside the UK as they don't keep record of AL.
will there be any issues?
