Employer License

Dear All

I have a question. Could you please advise how long will it take for an employer to get a tier 2 sponsor license? I m looking at different avenues currently to get a sponsorship, one option is one employer is awaiting unrestricted COS from home office and second employer has applied for their sponsorship license in Jan 15 2nd week. Could you please advise whats the maximum time involved in getting sponsorship license for the employer who applied in jan 15 2nd week?

Usually it takes around 3 to 4 weeks to get the sponsorship license. If They did not receive yet, Home Office might have asked for some more documents. If they don't submit the documents within 7 or 10 days, they will not grant. As it's already more than 1 month, better way to ask your potential employer to ring the helpline to get the status on the same. Hope that helps.
