Employer name change after Spousal Visa Application

I'm wondering if anyone can clear up a few doubts that I have regarding to our spousal visa application.

We submitted out case on the 24th June and provided all payslips and employer letters needed etc.
However, the department in which I work at the the company will change and form into it's own company with a different company name, and effectively my employer name will change.

Will this have a negative effect on our application and lead to a refusal?
If they call the current employer they will say yes he still works here, as it's still the same company, but a different name of my employer. So the current workplace will still verify that I work there.

I am still on the same salary and employment terms etc.

Can someone please shed some light onto this issue please.
