employer reference letters....

any advice on extracting a detailed reference letter from one of the major IT consultancies - they're usually reluctant to go into the detail shown in some of the posts on the forum ?

i am sure your company advertises jobs with same titles?
get a letter stating u r employed with them on company letterhead and attach the job description frm the advert printout (usually containing logo). the two togather will do the trick. one of my friend did it.
