Employer Sponsorship License Application timescales

Hi there

My employer sent their sponsorship license application to the UKBA nearly 4 months ago and still hasn't had anything back!!

When they call the UKBA employer helpline they get told its "in process". The UKBA website says 4 weeks is a normal processing time but its been 15 weeks!

I'm having an absolute nightmare waiting back home for this to come through so I can do my application!

Does anyone have any thoughts or experiences of timescales for this application recently? Or is there anything else my employer can do?

Please help!!
