employment letter addressed to ?

hi,

1. whom should i address the employement letter to ? i am going in person to Liverpool PEO. shd i put in their address ?

2. in i used to work for company A and left them on 25th Feb and joined company B 28th Feb. But i was on payrol of company A until 16th Mar since i had my annual leave untaken. so in the month of of march i received payslips from boith companies - so is this ok to include this (salary from both companies for 16 days?)

3. My wife is in india at the moment and i will have to do spouce visa and dependant visa for my child and wife later - but do i need to take documents relating to my wife and child

1. Yes mention Liverpool PEO office address
2. Show one payslip to avoid any confusion to the case worker.
3. You only need to show your dependant's documents if you are applying for them along with your application.
