Job boards for kiwi QS to find UK job

Hi all,
We're a Brit and Kiwi currently living in NZ, looking to head back to the UK shortly. Rather than go down the partnership route, my NZ resident boyfriend is looking for work sponsorship. We're at the start of our search and looking for the best place to find employers in the UK who will hire from overseas and sponsor.

My question is are there job boards that UK employers use to find workers from NZ or elsewhere?

Rather than us use the standard job boards like Reed where employers may not give an overseas applicant the time of day.

Whether employers are prepared to sponsor skilled migrant workers depends on the supply / demand situation. and not on the particular employment agency. At present there is an upturn in the construction industry in the UK. See for example job ads for QSs at Reed:

If your boyfriend is not over 30 he may also come to the UK under the Youth Mobility Scheme which doesn't require sponsorship:
