Search for tier 2 jobs?

Out of interest is there a website for tier 2 jobs? specifically for graduates or entry level jobs

it seems very hard for people to find them at the moment and I think a website which has links to jobs where companies are sponsoring could be very useful for people

Thoughts? Would you use it?

Jobserve has some jobs listed that are willing to sponsor visa but I suspect not for entry level/grad, plenty of UK/EU to choose from.
