Hi Guys,

Could anyone let me know how should one proceed when looking for an IT job in UK markets, expecially in a techincal role and are there any guidelines on this like :

looking for a sponsor based jobs, how to approach umbrella companies. It would be very helpful it some one can share their recent experiences, what i can see is experiences of people who where on Tier 1.
