Hi Manci,

I have a query regarding increasing the CoS amount as compared to advertised amount.

My employer listed a salary range of 22k to 31K in the online advert, but after completing the interview he is agreed to pay me 35K based on my experience.

Is there any threat to my Tier 2 General visa processing if he issue a CoS for 35K (as the advertisement shows 22k to 31K).

I read somewhere that its allowed to pay at the listed salary range or higher (but not lower). Is my understanding correct.

Kinly advise.

yes. correct. no problem to issuing cos amount above then adv.
