Engaged and choosing between Spousal or Fiance Visa

Questions:
1. Can I get married in the UK on a tourist visa then return to M'sia to apply for a Spousal Visa? No
2. (If I get a Fiance Visa) After the wedding, do I have to go back to M'sia to apply for leave to remain with family or can I do it within the UK? No. You would switch to spouse from within the UK on form FLR(M).

3. (If my visa is approved) How long do I have until I have to enter the UK? I'm working as a journalist and my company has a 3 month waiting period after I tender my resignation. 30 days, although you can ask for your visa to be deferred for up to 3 months in your application.
4. Do I get a Biometric Residence Permit regardless of which visa I get? For settlement, yes.

Note: We fulfill all other requirements like suitable place to stay, sufficient salary and I have fulfilled my language requirement. We have been dating for 3 years and see each other once every couple of months across both countries.
