English lang requirement letter from Bangalore University

Hi,
Has anyone got a letter from Bangalore University stating that the degree was taught in english ?
When i approached them they refused and asked me to contact my college instead.

Any suggestions?

Although I am not from Blore but when I contacted my Univ they also told me that I will have to contact my college as my univ doesnt have a record of my studies ( not true but..).
So I had to go to my college and get a letter from them and then I went to my Univ who then issued me the letter based on the letter from my college.
Under no circumstances try to get the HSMP based on the letter from your college only because your application will certainly be refused in that case.

The letter we need to get is from College only not the university....It says...letter from the Institution...

I did submit letter from my college and it was accepted by HO...

I even told them that i will get the letter from my college first but they still refused.
