I need urgent help.
My husband FLR (M ) visa is expiring on 31 Jan 2015 and he was to apply for SET M Visa
I know one of the requirement of SET M visa is the knowledge of english and life in the UK Test
Myhusband has passed life in the UK test and also got a assessment done of his qulaifications from Naric where they confirmed that his Indian Masters degree is comparable to UK Masters degree but they have not confirmed if the degree was taught in English.
I know degree was taught in English but Naric is aksing to get a letter from Indian University to confirm that it was taught in English then only they will give their confirmation.
I know getting confirmation from Indian University is hard and Now he cannot even go for English Lanaguage Test as there is serious wait time and don't think he will get his certificate before 31 st Jan ?
In such serious situation could senior members please advise what could be done ?
Is there any way he could satisfy the condition that course was taught in English. He has both Masters and Bachelor Degree
